Only individuals who have properly registered and paid the required fees are allowed to use our sports facilities. Users must adhere to the rules and regulations of the arena, including any specific court or turf usage guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.

2. Footwear and Attire

Proper footwear and attire are mandatory to ensure safety and maintain the quality of our facilities.

• Badminton Courts: Proper non-marking indoor sports shoes must be worn. Shoes with black soles or any outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited on the wooden courts.
• GreenTruf (Soccer/Cricket): Appropriate turf shoes or trainers are recommended. Metal-studded boots are not permitted.
• Users must wear suitable sports attire that allows for ease of movement and does not pose any safety risks.

3. Equipment and Personal Belongings

Users are generally responsible for bringing their own sports equipment (e.g., rackets, shuttlecocks, balls). Personal belongings should be kept secure, and Player's Sports Arena is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

4. Booking and Cancellation

All users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or disruption to others' enjoyment of the facilities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Participation in sports activities is at the user's own risk. It is recommended that users consult with a medical professional before engaging in strenuous physical activity. Player's Sports Arena and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the use of the facilities.

7. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any aspect of our facilities, services, or website, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Users will be bound by the most current version of the terms and conditions posted on our website.
