1. General Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through our website or by phone are considered final. In the event of a cancellation, customers will not be eligible for a refund.

However, we understand that circumstances may change. We are committed to providing excellent service and offer assistance in rescheduling bookings to the next available slot of the customer's choice, subject to availability.

2. Rescheduling

Customers who wish to reschedule their booking must notify us at least 24 hours before the original booking time. Rescheduling requests received within this notice period will be accommodated based on availability.

If a customer fails to notify us within the notice period or does not show up for their original booking (a "no-show"), they will forfeit the opportunity to reschedule, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

3. Slot Availability

The availability of alternative slots is subject to existing bookings and operational constraints. We will make every effort to provide customers with a suitable alternative based on their preferences, but we cannot guarantee availability at the exact time or date requested.

4. Communication and Booking Changes

Customers must contact us directly to request a booking cancellation or rescheduling. Changes to bookings are not confirmed until the customer receives a confirmation from our team acknowledging the new arrangements. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have received this confirmation.

5. Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, facility maintenance, or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings without prior notice. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers as soon as possible and provide alternative options or refunds, as we deem appropriate.
